We use double stage of helical gearbox design, which helps in reducing speed and improving the life of blades
vastly.

The gears and all moving parts are made with alloy steel with suitable heat treatment and flame harden in gears
forwear resistance.

Minimum vibration and less noise while cutting bars because of dynamically balanced flywheel, thereby
ensuring long life of moving parts.

These machines are provided with wheels for easy movement at site.
